ANNOUNCING -- FOX Sports Radio 97.9

FOX Sports Radio 1230, Glens Falls's home for the Buffalo Bills and local High School Sports, plus the local home for the Dan Patrick and Rich Eisen Shows, is pleased to announce a new FM signal where the Glens Falls area can turn to enjoy what FOX Sports Radio 1230 has to offer.

You can now hear what we have to offer on 97.9FM in addition to our existing signal on 1230AM.

FOX Sports Radio 97.9FM covers northeastern Saratoga County, central Washington County and southern Warren County and offers better sound quality and a better nighttime signal than what is offered on 1230AM.

The dual frequency will not alter our ability to cover high school sports, nor will it affect our arrangement with the Buffalo Bills, as the games will be covered on both stations.

We're looking forward to the new era of sports coverage here in the north country with FOX Sports Radio 97.9/1230.  To mark the change, our twitter handle has changed, and will be now known as FOX Sports 97.9/1230, and can be found at twitter.com/foxsports979.
