Meanwhile, the Argyle Scots, on the brink of elimination, fired two runs in the bottom of the 7th inning to force extra innings in their game against Germantown. After both teams fail to score in the 8th, Germantown punched their ticket into today's Sectional Semifinal with a 10-run ninth inning. The Scots had no real answer, and fell in 9 innings 18-9.
According to The Post-Star's Pete Tobey, Argyle was missing their top two starting hurlers as they were out of town for the holiday weekend, resulting in the Scots going with their #3, Vikki Genovese.

The Kings will face either the Chicago Blackhawks or the Detroit Red Wings in the Conference Finals. Chicago and Detroit will settle who'll play the Los Angeles Kings in their Game 7 tonight at the United Center in Chicago.
Finally, LeBron James fouls out as the Indiana Pacers ties the series after their 99-92 win last night. James scored 24 points for the Miami Heat, and Mario Chalmers scored 20. Roy Hibbert had a double-double with 23 points and 12 rebounds for the Pacers.
